Anode Governance Lab ('we', 'us') respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use Astro-Chat and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
We collect (a) account data such as name, email, phone number and date/place of birth you submit for kundli, (b) chat and call transcripts with astrologers and our AI, (c) payment metadata (we do not store full card details), and (d) device, log and usage data.
2. How we use your information
To create and operate your account, generate astrology readings, process payments, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve the Service.
3. Sharing
We share data with (a) payment gateway providers to process transactions, (b) cloud/hosting and analytics providers under data-processing agreements, (c) astrologers you connect with — limited to the details required for your reading, and (d) authorities when required by law.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for session management and analytics cookies (only with your consent) to understand product usage. You can manage cookie preferences from the banner at the bottom of the site.
5. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet legal obligations (typically up to 7 years for invoices and tax records).
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for non-essential processing, by emailing support@anodegovernance.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure; please report any vulnerability you discover.
8. Children
Astro-Chat is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
