We collect (a) account data such as name, email, phone number and date/place of birth you submit for kundli, (b) chat and call transcripts with astrologers and our AI, (c) payment metadata (we do not store full card details), and (d) device, log and usage data.

To create and operate your account, generate astrology readings, process payments, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve the Service.

We share data with (a) payment gateway providers to process transactions, (b) cloud/hosting and analytics providers under data-processing agreements, (c) astrologers you connect with — limited to the details required for your reading, (d) Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms, Inc. — when you consent to advertising measurement, we share page-view events and basic device/browser data with the Meta Pixel, and purchase events (order value, currency, and — only with your advertising consent — hashed email/phone) via Meta's Conversions API, so we can measure and optimise our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and (e) authorities when required by law.

We use essential cookies for session management. With your consent, we also use the Meta Pixel (operated by Meta Platforms) for advertising measurement and ad optimisation — this shares your page views, IP address and device/browser information with Meta. Consent is requested via the cookie banner shown where required; elsewhere you may opt out at any time. You can accept, reject or withdraw your choice anytime via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, which takes effect immediately. Your latest choice always controls whether measurement events are sent.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet legal obligations (typically up to 7 years for invoices and tax records).

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for non-essential processing, by emailing support@astro-chat.app. We respond within 30 days.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure; please report any vulnerability you discover.

Astro-Chat is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
