Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident using Astro-Chat. This policy explains when and how refunds and cancellations are processed.
1. Wallet recharges
Wallet recharges are generally non-refundable once credited. If a recharge fails but money is debited from your bank, the amount is auto-reversed by the payment gateway within 5-7 working days. If it isn't, write to us with the transaction reference.
2. Failed or interrupted sessions
If a chat or call session ends due to a technical failure on our side (server outage, astrologer drop-off, site crash) before meaningful guidance is given, the wallet deduction for that session will be reversed as wallet credit within 24 hours.
3. Unsatisfactory reading
If you are unhappy with a reading, raise a complaint at support@anodegovernance.com within 24 hours of the session with the session ID. We review every complaint and, where justified, issue wallet credit or match you with a different astrologer at no extra cost.
4. Refunds to original source
Where a refund to the original payment method is approved (e.g. duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction), it is processed within 7-10 working days. Banking timelines beyond our control may apply.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel a scheduled session before it starts at no charge. Cancelling after a session has begun is not possible; per-minute billing stops the moment you end the session.
6. Non-refundable items
Subscriptions, promotional credits, vouchers, and bonus wallet credits issued at our discretion are non-refundable in cash.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@anodegovernance.com with your registered email, session/transaction ID, and a short description. We acknowledge within 2 working days and resolve within 7 working days.
