Astro-Chat is a 100% digital service — there are no physical goods to ship. This page explains how our digital services are delivered, which is required by payment gateways.
1. Digital delivery
All services offered on Astro-Chat (AI chats, voice calls with astrologers, kundli, horoscope reports) are delivered electronically over the internet. No item is shipped to a physical address.
2. Service activation
Wallet recharges are credited to your account instantly upon successful payment. In rare cases of payment-gateway delay, credit may take up to 30 minutes.
3. Session availability
AI chat and AI calls are available 24×7. Human astrologer availability is shown on each astrologer's profile in real time; you can only start a session when the astrologer is marked online.
4. Kundli & report delivery
Free Kundli is generated and shown instantly. Detailed PDF reports, where offered, are delivered to your registered email within 24 hours of purchase.
5. Delivery failures
If a digital service is not delivered as described, contact support@anodegovernance.com with your transaction ID and we will either re-deliver the service or process a refund in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
