These terms govern your access to and use of Astro-Chat, operated by V V Enterprises (Proprietor: Vijay Verma). By using the platform you agree to these terms.
1. About us
Astro-Chat (the "Service") is operated by V V Enterprises, a sole proprietorship of Vijay Verma, registered in India under GSTIN 09AXDPV8881E3ZR, with its principal place of business at H. No. 27, Medical College Road, Khariya Pokhara, Basharatpur, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh 273004.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use Astro-Chat. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is true and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
3. Nature of services
Astro-Chat provides AI-assisted astrological consultations, kundli, horoscopes and connections with astrologers for entertainment and guidance purposes only. Readings are not a substitute for professional medical, financial, legal or psychological advice.
4. Account & wallet
Some features require an account and a prepaid wallet. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Wallet balance is non-transferable and may only be used to pay for services offered on Astro-Chat.
5. Pricing & taxes
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change pricing at any time; changes do not affect already completed transactions.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including (a) harassing astrologers or other users, (b) using the platform for unlawful purposes, (c) attempting to reverse engineer the AI models, or (d) reselling readings without permission.
7. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and software on Astro-Chat are owned by or licensed to V V Enterprises. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, V V Enterprises is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to other users or the platform.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
